#6 Bitten – Smashed Hip (-MA)
#9 Burrower – Smashed Knee (NI)
The recovering rats accepted the challenge from an up and coming Undead team and are a little worse off for the experience. The Recycled Riders did indeed ride all over Coach Mauls furry charges fro most of the game, causing plenty of injuries and more than their fair share of headaches for tomorrow.

The first half started and with Furnami fielding 9 rats they won the kickoff. Throwling II retireved a deep kick and the other rats got as far into opposition territory as they could to try and stretch the opposition D a little thin. It didnt really work as all the Gutters were well covered by atleast 1 tacklezone and it seemd shutdown until throwling picked out Fearfulhunt who makred ontop of a defensive wight and pushed once for the TD.

The Recycled Riders started their turn 2 in possesion of the ball and proceeded to mangle Team Furnami as they moved up the pitch. The drive was long and slow with a the rats perhaps foolishly engaging in stalling tactics. Many of them were given a spell off the pitch for their foolishness. However, persistance paid off when Coach DeMoorck instructed his Ghoul ball carrier to ignore an easy TD and instead to stall for one more turn, even though the rats could not have scored again that half. Throwling II in a brilliant effort was able to blitz out of a tz, into the ghouls tz and rat on thing, knock him down and send the ball scattering. The gutters then took over, transferring the ball from one end of the pitch to the other, wide open but sadly the refs whistle blew for halftime before it could be converted.

2nd Half : Another bruising drive by the undead saw just 4 rats left on the pitch by the time they ran it over the line in turn 4. The rats recieved and had their numbers added to by 1. 5 rats had to stall the game as long as they could to salvage a draw out of this game. Throwling II pulled back with the ball after a shallow kick, the gutters retreating from the line to cover him.

Eventually backed into a corner, and down again to 4 rats, Throwling II made an extreme gamble and backed himself into the very corner of the pitch, knowing that the ghoul that would blitz him would have to push him and the ball into the crowd. He stood there and waited, hoping the crowd would be generous. The Ghould did as asked, thumping him into the crowd with a 1d block. The ball scattered and miraculously landed well away from the action but within reach of one of the gutters Krimsonpaw. He dodged away leaving the slow zombies behind, picked up the ball and sprinted hard to put himself out of harms way. A wight, the only player who could reach him, blitzed but fell on the last gfi and left the Gutter to run in an uncontested and game winning TD against the odds.

Good winnings but 3 rats miss the next game and one got a niggle.
Krimsonpaw, surprising nobody who saw the last touchdown, was officialy recognised post match as having gained +ma.
