“Yet another stand off for the Chessmen - Godo/Bad?!
After struggling much in their early games the Chess-men seem to have gained foothold on their own level as well as their opponents. Last night it was the Decadent Dandies, this noon it was the stary team of the NFL Allstars. "Alas, tis not good enough" says coach Ludo - "if we have this sort of luck and gain as many chances as in this one we MUST win" -
Report from team reporter Art Chessmaster:"Three turns to go, the Chessmen are receiving, all is well as the blitzers storm to skirmish and cause panic in the rear ranks of the Allstars, but then, at fatal mistake from the team's new catcher... the lad runs into a dead end alley with no one to seek cover from. The teams assisting QB Finn and ball distributer is panicked by this and runs into the open...and SLAM! next turn he is blitzed and will not be able to recover untill start of turn 8. Last turn is a total mess; LM derrick blitzes an Allstar Blitzer hoping for a chainpush to set free another LM in order for this one to make the winning TD, but he misplaces himself and ends up making the block in a tackle zone of player with guard skill, this resulting in only one die which result is........ a skull (no rerolls left :(....... ) - game over."
Good game rami - We still have to settle it you know :P”
“What a match! What a coach and what a truly legendaric and exciting clash between two indeed blessed human teams. A memorable match with all the AARRGHH's YEAHH's OMG's and FFS's u want from a fumbbl match.
I'd like to congratulate Ludovicious, he REALLY plays fumbbl worth watching and this game was no exception. I brought my full repetoire of tricks and ideas and for each and everyone of them he had a counter attack. Annoying and admirable
The result in my oppinion was fair, I had some luck in scoring and in preventing Ludo in scoring at the end of the 1st half
All in all a match that reminded how exciting and thrilling fumbbl can be when Nuffle allows it!”
