“Head Rat Saittamicus ditched his last unit of Skavens, got a new one and came back for revenge.
And the Claw Rats started the match in a fury. Not only did they move the ball around, they where dealing out the punishment as well. In the end they where to fast, a Gutter Runner slipped past to give them the lead.
They did score quickly though, so there was time for me to score before halftime. After a Touch Back, I set up the cage and advanced. While Serket the Keeper moved the ball, Thesh the Guardian sneaked through the enemy defense. A hand-off later the match was a draw.
The Claws kicked off after halftime. A tactical mistake of the higher magnitudes on my account made the first part of the half a mad scramble for the ball. Nuffle smiled on me though, so I finally emerged with the ball. It did not happen untill Thesh had completed the Cults' first pass though (a Long Pass for 0 paces).
This allowed Raneb the Watcher to score for the first time, and thus giving us the final score of 2-1.
Thesh has managed to score in every game so far. Perhaps I was to quick when I named Serket as the possible star of the team...
Queen Necrotiti got sent of before the match started, she'll be back with a vengance next game. In her abscense, Queen Hatchetsup killed a rat.”

At least they did better than the last team that faced these guys, Wyld Vermin!
The first half was pretty even, ending with 1-1.
But one of the things that made it a little uneven was the kick offs, two times Necropolis Cults got an extra re-roll, this was really painfull to see and that the crowd threw a rock into one of my players didnt boost my confidence!
Alot of desperassion moves where made at the second half from my side, I had no choise in this really! The moves always started of good, one of my Gutterrunners picked up the ball with a -1 penalty and dodged away, running away to pass to a lineman that was in a tacklezone, it was a completion, but then the lineman dodged... stunned...
Alot of these moves where made from my side.... but it didnt help...
Zanzi's first match didnt go very well... Niggling injury... poor thing...”
