This didn't stop the Cloaks from opening up a whole and pouring their gutter runners through and despite pressure Dragon fly threw the ball into Firestarter who dodge free of his marker for the games opening TD.

Next down the Wood Elves lined up 9 v 10 but like their opponant they opened up the defence and passed in a quick TD, rising star Caufield scoring.

In return Goliath seriously injured the rookie Poeth but the Skaven failed to take advantage as Dragonfly fumbled his pass. In the scramble for the loose ball, Yung put Dragonfly out of the game and Caulfield recovered the ball and ran it home.

Both teams failed to score before the end of the half but Awyrwr Bandor concussed himself dodging.

Caulfield opened up the scoring in the 2nd half running the ball in from the kick off.

From the home teams down Catapult dropped the ball behind the line of scrimmage and the sons blitzed through to pick it up. Some fantastic scramble defense recovered the ball for the Cloaks only for catapults pass to be intercepted by Yung who released Caulfield for his hatrick.

At 4-1 the game looked over. Again the Skaven lost the ball from the kick but recovered for Firestarter to get his 2nd TD. They went on to blitz the next kick to bring the score to 4-3.

The game ended scrappily with both teams spilling the ball during scoring opportunities, but with Woodentop sending Vulture to the great dugout in the sky in the dying moments the fans went a way happy.
