“11 Rats lined up against 16 Stunty Squigs, with both Gutter Runners missing.

Nuffle was in favour of the Rats from the start, and in the first round of Blocks, the Squig with Knuckledusters was killed, by The Hooded Claw and the apothecary refused to go near to help, instead leaving the stadium.

The Rats secured a score, then went on to score again and were looking comfortable with their 2-0 lead.

But then the Squigs started the fight back, The Hooded Claw had been pushed out of bounds to miss the next game, the Rat Ogre was killed (and saved) and as more Rats hit the KO box the Squigs in determined style marched up the pitch to score.

No-one had much control of the ball for the rest of the match, and in the last turn the Squigs almost scored, just failing to hand the ball to the waiting hands of a volunteer, ready to dodge out of a zone and run for the end zone.
