“This was by far the most interesting game yet played by the evil vampires.

The game began better than the vampires could have ever imagined. A 'Virus' hit the skaven, reducing them to only 7 players ready to play. Sadly their luck went downhill quick. The few skaven on the pitch simply massacred the vampire thralls despite being heavily outnumbered. The most serious injuries were a missed game, a niggling injury and the death of our good friend Ronny. He will be missed.

To add insult to injury 'The Prince' injured himself and allowed the skaven to score in the same play. Attempting to blitz a gutter runner with the ball 'The Prince' went for it, tripped, used a reroll, tripped, and proceeded to get a niggling injury that wasn't regenerated. After the game 'The Prince' promptly retired and joined the coaching staff out of shame.

On a high note the evil vampires were able to injure a few skaven to reduce them to 4 or 5 players for most of the game. Lord Zambar scored a hat-trick, proving once again that the team policy of 'only the Lord can touch the ball' is a good idea.

The fans clearly were impressed by both teams, rewarding the skaven's heroics and Lord Zambars solo performance with new fans for both teams.

Congrats to skavenboy who put on quite a show despite playing with 5 players for a large portion of the game. The vampires will be looking for vengeance at some later time.”
