The Necro's received 2 handicaps, one of which was Knuckledusters, with the Werewolf sharpening his claws the AV7 armour of the Rats seemed to be shivering.
Early in the game, one of the main Rat hopes, Mighty Mouse the Rat Ogre was fouled and injured, the apothecary ran on to help but could not get to the body and was chased out of the stadium by a banshee fan of the Necro's. More bodies followed in quick order and the casualty boxes of the rats filled up quickly.
The Rats tried what they could to take any opertunity that arose, but each time a glimmer of hope showed, Nuffle promptly snuffed it out, perhaps cruelest of which was, almost being 2-0 up at the break becoming 1-1.
At 3-1 with a blitz against things looked even worse for the Rats, but while the Necro's were looking around the field, checking under rocks, and checking name tags on their own players looking for the ramaining Rats, Roland run up field, fell, got up, fell, got up and managed to score, 3-2.
A fun game in a masochistic kinda way, against a nice and fun opponent and with Nuffle at their side the Necro's look to be even more fearsome!”
