“We Hate Trees would like to take a minute to recognize two of the best players on the team this evening. Zebadiah Earthvenom, and Jeb Unholy both died in freak Bloodbowl accidents. Jeb was blocked by Erich Schneckenspucker on the opening play and when he fell he smashed his head on a disguarded goblin helmet, causing him to die. The apothecary quickly rushed to his side, but there was nothing he could do. Late in the game the ogre Onkel PUNCH ( who has been taking steroids lately ) blocked Zebadiah Earthvenom in the back and snapped his spine, causing him to die instantly. Both of these players will be missed dearly, as they were the only two linemen on the team who had learned how to guard.
Great game Trokoshea, well played. Towards the end, it seemed more like a three ring circus than a Bloodbowl match. Noone could pick up the ball, dodge, or pass. Very exciting and fun.”
