A tough handicap, It Wasn't Me left the Rage with 10 players vs 11 against the Regulars.
The Rage started and an early foul used up the Regular's apothecary (RIP).
The Rage continued to foul in the first half and caused two SI MNG on the Regulars whilst the Regulars caused two KOs from their first two knockdowns.
The Rage delayed scoring, and short of rerolls, it came down to the final turn. 3x 2+ to score, or a 2+ to set up a two dice, and then a 2+ to set up a two dice blitz to score (both the two dice blocks just needing a push.
A one came up and then that left the Rage exposed on the sidelines. The Regulars could have easily pushed two players out of bounds, but their head coach messed it up and only got one (a stun).
Second half, it was 9 vs 9 and the Rage got a lucky Perfect Defence. The Regulars bought all their players in and it was easy for the Rage to set up two dice blocks everywhere and get Guard on the ball carrier and then knock him over.
Both teams fought for the ball and eventually the Rage got it and ran it deep.
With the game lost, the Regulars went for lame fouls every turn and didn't even try to avoid the loss.
The coach said "I am trying not to win as I am trying not to get promoted too early." What Snorri said was akin to cherry picking and behaviour that deserved to be cleaned out of SWL.
