The first half the Tarantulas skillfully thrawted the Widowmakers attempt to score. In the second half keep-away was the game of choice as the Tarantulas kept the ball deep in their own territory, not having enough elves left to make a strong scoring attempt it seemed to be Coach Jack's strategy to force a draw.

With few turns remaining in the game, Greyspire got tripped up and dropped the ball. Grizzle Tooth scrammbled to take it and did, though got it knocked away a couples times as well. The game remained scoreless until the last minute. As Blitzkrieg Smash'Or scooped up the rock and ran it in for the score.
