"We had joy, we had fun, we had...a dead blitzer in the sun". Yep. He was the prodigal son of the Jenkins' and was chosen as the MVP of their team...though he was long gone.
I can't remember the last time those rat-faced rodents (hobos) did so much good as in this game. Was it the 2nd or 3rd turn in 1st half, when my hobo, S. Misfit, got an idea to grab the ball and run for it. Jenkins was one guy short, so it might have something to do with the 'easy' 1st TD.
Rest of the match didn't bring anything surprising, just the usual blocking and re-rolling :)
A word about my bull-centaur; I had a thought of putting this poor under-achiever through the grinder. Anyways, my forgiving heart gave in when I saw him (it?) on the field, hooves towards the sky. He was about to toss the cleanex in the ring. To save my most EXPENSIVE player, apo rushed to the scene, saving my day...and apparently, the bc's too :)
I recall there was also one serious injury caused by one of them hobos. At one point I said that I've never used hobos to block players, but I'm having a feeling that's going to change :)
This was a 'fine' game, though it cost Jenkins one blitzer.

Edit: Honestly, I didn't go after the blitzer just to kill him...I just wanted to get him out of my way and from guarding his team mates :) It just happened literally.”
