“Handed the game to the opponent.
After a good first half (quickly equalized the other teams TD before the end of the half), I looked set to get the winning TD or atleast draw on recieving the kick in the second half.
Unfortunately, my stupid elf-ball instincts took over and I tried throwing a short pass into the endzone rather than risk another turn of his Minotaur CAS machine opening up the loose cage around my ball carrier. The pass wasn't caught, got thrown into midfield (next to the minotaur) and it was simple pass and stall for the opponent after that. Really buggered it up for myself.
Oh well. Atleast the dead beastmen for my squad isn't a worry: it helps reduce my TR and allows me to add a big guy of my own.
BTW, we're at 11 games now and no doubles on any skill rolls yet ;-)
