“The Rats of the Cursed Crew had their first run out, meeting the challenge posed by the Necro team of uzi.meat.

The Necros concentrated on blocking and fouling, whilst the Rats had their eyes firmly on the ball. The many blocks of the Necros started to tell as with rerolls spent, players started to drop on both down rolls, leaving gaps for the Rats to dive through.

By early in the second half, the score stood at 3-0 and the Rats, although down in numbers looked to have the game secured. In a fit of frustration the Necro coach ordered the boot put in further and the fouls rained down, including turns 15 and 16.

A fun game in a weird way. The Rats march on and, even if uzi did lose, I am sure he gained some enjoyment from the crunches as the Rats were fouled off the field!

As I said in the game, I have no issue with fouling, it is indeed part of the game.

I tend to enjoy the scoring part more, but if you enjoy fouling, then you are fully within your rights to enjoy it, so very best of luck with that part of the game. My report was not suggesting fouling to be illegal.”
