“The Rats redied themselves for the match against the agile but evil Dark Elves.

The first half was all Rats, they scored on receiving and twice more managed to get through to blitz the ball carrier and escape down field with the ball. Added to this, when the Dark Elves Witch was killed, the apothecary failed.

The second half though was more dominated by the Dark Elves, as Rats continued to leave the field, with the number of players left dropping all the time. The ones that did remain however, held the Elves off scoring as long as they could, then on receiving, tried to play a mini game of Cat and Rat with the ball.

A fun game, a fine opponent, but one I will probably remember most for the injury to One Eye Eric, who was SI'd with a Gouged Eye !”
