“I don't know how the hell we come up with only 58-50%, but this game was a nightmare!
It started accordingly: from 8 niggles (on 6 players) I suffered 3 miss games. Among them 2 of my blitzers.
Fielding only 10 players, my players started very nervous (snake eyes for the first action that needed a roll). Despite this, we took the lead, since most of the dwarves slumbered south to bear down my 2 remaining stars. Thankfully that let Hekkator Cruel to spring towards the end zone. 1-0
The dwarves had plenty of time to equalize before the half was over. At the last moment they have succeeded. But before that the Witches tried every little trick to get the ball from the st4ag4 runner. There were at least 3-4 opportunities, but all I could muster was usually a 1die block. And that was not enough in this game (rolled 3 skulls in a row for those cruical hits). 1-1
In the 2nd half we were down to 8 or so players, still there was a chance to hit the cursed runner. But again, poor rolls made it impossible. The runner ran as far as the end zone but he didn't scored. The Witches still had some good players on the pitch and with 4-5 more turns to go, they have tried desperate measures (2dice opponent choose rolls). All they needed was a little push but it only succeded after 5 rolls (and 3 turns). 1-2
There were 2 turns and 6 Dark Elves. They have tried the impossible, but the dwarves made no mistakes and denied the equalizer.
A very frustrating game. It seems this team is supposed to suck vs dwarven teams. Only one good thing: no more dwarves in LoF! ;o)”
