“Well, can't say anything else than that I realy stole away victory here...

After my thrower failed his pickup in turn 1 and the woodies got the ball and scored in turn 3, I knew probably all I could play for was a tie.
I scored the 1-1 in the end of the first half after some overly bashing and not realy that well thought off play. But the dancer failed a leap and I could walk in.

Woodies get up 2-1 easily start of second half, because I defend like a moron.
(Although he tried to stall one turn which allowed me to blitz his ballcarrying cathcer with a tackler, which failed).
After that I can score the 2-2, but good defending from my opponent forces me to do so in turn 6, so the woodies have a chance to win the game now!!

But then a dramatic turnaround occured...
Weather changes at kickoff into pooring rain, he goes for the ball with his catcher but fails the pickup. I blitz to get down his only player in scoring position, but fail to do so on 4 die. He picks up the ball, dodges through with his catcher and tries a handoff to his scoring lineman (caught in two tackle zones). Handoff fails, so seems it's gonna be a tie, which is fine by me, cos I played pourly, but ...
One of my blitzers catches the ball on the scatter. I make two dodges and two go for its with my catcher to get him in the endzone. Blitz my thrower free, handoff to thrower (no reroll used), and a succesfull short pass!!
Catcher wins the game for me, gets the MVP and promptly ages :)


Was a good game mate, but a tie would have been a lot more fair on you
