“The Rats lined up against the Chaos Dwarves expecting a tough game, and got it.
The Chaos Dwarves received in the first half and proceeded to make thier way down the field, clearing rats as they went. The rats did what the could to stop the progress, hampering where they could, but the might of the Blockers was too much and the Chaos Dwarves went on to score, right at the end of the half.
The second half the rats received and, whilst under a ltitle pressure, scored quickly to tie the score. On the CD's next drive they seemed in control, but the rats managed to get in among them and scatter the ball free, taking it deep down the field, scoring on the following turn. The CD's lined up looking to salvage something from the game, but a loose block at the scrimage line let a Gutter through to run for the loose ball and despite a late effort by the CD's to score again, the game finished 3-1.
A fun but tough game against a friendly coach, which for most looked like the CD's would win, but the Rats determination finally paid off, allowing them the victory.”
