“Feeling calm and relaxed after a solid week of meditating the boys from the temple arrived with spirits and expectations high. Walking onto the field they became even calmer when they saw the size of the opposing teams. "Are they kidding? I didn't think they let kids play in SWL." Tehn they saw the little devils move, faster than a damn road runner they were. Beep, Beep!

The Adepts got the ball first and prompty couched it up to the Mammals who passed to an open man and scored the opening TD.

The Adepts go the ball again but the leves had strangely been possed by the power of Buddah and they put 3 Hobgoblins out of the game in just 4 blocks. A lucky handoff to Brother Concentration and the score was even. However with 2 turns still left the Mammals waltzed in another score right on half time.

The second half was cursed with missed block and failed pickups pn both sides. Brother Concentration still on a high from his previous efforts blitzed the Wood elf backfield rumbled onto the ball and steamrolled his way to the tying TD. With typical panache the elves then responded with a quick TD toTemmerinki.

The adpets still had time to mount a game tying drive. The mammals were all but spent and they started to leave the field by the dozen. With little opposition on the field it the adpets looked certain to score. But 5 failed pickups by Daio mean that the monks back home kept the cork on the ceremonial wineski, and the boys in robes go home empty-handed for the second week in a row.
