In the 1st half the elves used the dodge, roll, and stack defense to near perfection and held on for a 1-0 lead after a failed dodge attempt through a tz by an orc on turn 8.

In the 2nd half with the orc receiving again, didn't have enough elves left to play so I tried to get aggressive and everywhere I man-marked elves were crunched. Even so, strip ball (combined with some 1-die pows) freed the ball a couple times. Unfortunately, the ball always bounced to where I didn't follow up and I never got a chance to recover a fumble. Even so, on the last turn I managed to place my remaining elves in a position where the orcs needed 2 gfi's (no rerolls left) to score. They made 'em both. 1-1 final.
