“Well im not sure if there where lots of fouls , they where just pretty brutal fouls i think :P
Was a painful game for me , losing another +ag player (just cant keep um for more than two games ) and my evil apothecary failing again to lose 110,000 worth of blitzer .
The main problem i had was that not only did i lose 4 players in the first half , but they where my best players as well , 2 blitzers , my better catcher and the ag5 lino :P
I had a bad feeling about the game when all 3 niggled opponents turned up , thats alway a sign that nuffle is gunning for ya .
Second half the dice werent bad for me , my rookie thrower even set a passing record for the team .But i was never going to recover withso few on the pitch.
Hopefully when next we meet we can put up more of a fight . Got a recovery to do first though ...may go see if I can get someone softer ...like Khemri :)
Edit : Just rolled my rookie throwers new skill and he got +ag (which means he'll be dead in two games but its nice anyway )

A decimated Proelf team in need of a nice game and us, just recovering, facing off in what should be a nice peaceful day on the pitch. This was not to be.
In the most brutal game of Elfbowl I've played, with plenty of fouls (6?) and lots of carnage, we played most of the game against five or six proelfs while we stood nine woodelf strong. In short it was a game against one goal. Tophat did what he could, but Nuffle was not backing him up with the support he needed, with the stars in the casualties box, and the dump off thrower never succeeding.
The Luck-0-Meter-o'Doom is just plain lying. Also it is not accurate as we restarted the game.
Great sport, no whining, and no conceding. I hail you Tophat!
Rematch anytime, this time no Grudge Match I hope. :)
