I thought I had finally broken the curse, but once again Nuffle poured his hatred on the Marauders. What started as a double failed pick-up in turn 1 and 2 by my thrower with sure hands kept on with crucial missed bonehead rolls by my ogre etc. Cragganmore made some lousy rolls as well, but at least he scored well on injuries and KO's, which meant that his mistakes could easily be corrected.

To prove his point Nuffle denied me a free SPP in the end by making my blitzer fumble the 1 square long throw that would push him up to a skill two turns in a row despite rerolls both times.

I would most likely have lost the match anyway, since ABC is a much stronger team and cragganmore most likely a better coach, but it would have been a lot more satisfying to lose a match on my own accord than because of what I seriously think is a very flawed luck generator. It happens far too often that entire matches gets ruined by continous bad rolls.

Thanks for the match, cragganmore. See you around.
