The 145KO finals stood on a snowy, windy day between then matriachs out of the promised land and Wotans Warriors II out the northern reaches. Both teams landed fairly good td's in the first round, while in the second half, the WWII suffered a critical ball loss preventing them from scoring, followed by some major ball fumbling by Jernhans, despite his famed sure hands seemed unable to pick up the ball although being unattended bu opposition players.
Coaches note:
I've never played Kpraxx before, but i surely will not play this team again if i can help it. The game plan is basically just fouling and getting away with it through superiority of numbers. This does not make for an interesting game.
Furthermore, i had some major bad luck, basically preventing me from defending against td's and scoring myself. Despite having 3 mighty blow polayers and landing 16 succesful blocks with those alone i wasnøt able to produce more than one "staying" casulty. It sucks, but sometimes this happen. I guess im just whining because i've suffered some major dice rape in my 3 previous games ;o)
Overall a decent game, that could have come out much worse considering the fouls...
EDIT: 16 fouls? where does that come from... It was an okay game and thats it, but i just don't like playing against teams like yours. I like playing teams with good position players, that do good blocking, passing and so on.
Guess it all sounded harsher than it should.. It was interesting, but a kind of team i dislikeplaying, combined with some bad luck. Then again, maybe I'm just bitter because I've had some major bad luck the last week. Grats with the 145KO championship, by the way ;o)”
<------ This team is for 145 KO Tournaments only...so you won't have a chance to play them in the future...unless we are assigned as opponents. There were 6 fouls...not 16. I suppose you think it would have been better for my ladies to trade blocks with an entire team of blockers...”
