“"I want to say that I thought the boys did very well today, and even though we only drew the match, we came out with some money for the team's treasury, and most importantly, there were no injuries. Although Oroampaiel came very close to death there at the beggining, the team's apothecary was able to save him." Coach Oblitzamanger was holding a post-game conference with the fathers of his players.
"I do have some bad news for you all though. As Quellehith's father has warned me, his leg has started to act up," said the Coach. The fathers murmered.
"That means he may have to miss a few matches if his leg hurts too much to play, and it would only be bad for him and the team if he took the pitch when it hurts. Therefore, it is in the best interest of the entire team that he may have to sit out a few games here and there." The fathers nodded. "And he and I have already talked about what happened when he tripped on those last few yards for the touchdown, and you can be sure it won't happen again. It was just a little mistake, although it did cost us the game..."
"In other news, you can be proud of Dimfennas, earning the second casualty for the team. And Aratagar will learn a new skill at the next practice, as well as Quellehith and Hallaandune. I already have some skills in mind for them. Now, I will take questions and comments."
One father stood and spoke. "I would like to say that you are doing a very good job, Coach. I want to thank you for you work, and I'm sure everyone else feels that way. Keep this up, and you will no longer owe us any debt." Everyone clapped their hands as Oblitzamanger blushed.”
