#3 Spike II – Dead (RIP) #7 Alexander "Xander" Harris – Broken Ribs (MNG) #7 Alexander "Xander" Harris – Broken Neck (-AG)
“It was the worst first half in ages.
Starting with a pitch invasion that took down 6 out of my 11 players on a 6+ roll, I barely managed to make the 1-0 TD. After that, it was all downhill. My opponent decided to have some fun with one dice blocks and caused two casualties that way. I also had snake eyes to lighten my day as well as 5-6 armor breaks against my elves in a row and also a BH from dodging. With no chance to stop the tying TD, the norse players passed the ball amongst themselves and run in the 1-1 TD at the last turn.
The elves started the second half seriously outnumbered, but the norse left their ball carrier open to a 1 die blitz and that's when my luck changed. Badly hurting the ball carrier as well as one other norse player the elves stole the ball and eventually scored the leading touchdown. However, the norse were certain to equalize during the remaining three turns, but for some reason decided not to move their ball carrier forward before failing yet another 1 die block. The last ditch hand off failed, and Buffyverse walked away with a victory.”
