“Very nearly a 2-2 draw. After receiving, the Llong Tongues ground down the field to score in turn 7 - I figured I could hold off the elves for two turns. However, a Bad Kick resulted in a touchback, and the elves ended their turn 7 only 4 spaces from a TD.

Game was saved by the Kroxigor. Using his newly acquired Break Tackle, he escaped the LOS and blitzed the ball carrier. With a couple of GFI's I was able to surround the ball and the two elves near it with 3 skinks and a saurus (plus the Kroxigor). Note: this was the first time, ever, that the Kroxigor had ever done anything remotely useful.

However, the ball carrier was not detered! He got up, blitzed a skink, leapt away from the Krox, picked up the ball under the noses of three skinks, dodged away from umpteen tackle-zones... and failed his GFI to score.

A very high KO game - it was 6v6 for most of the second half. Good clean fun.”
