Quite a fun game though dominated by some crucial failed rolls in key parts of the game.
The Tongs took a big risk is using their apothecary to bring one of their agile (AG5) Wardancers into the game after he pulled up sore pre match.
The Juggernauts started in offence after a short riot took away just over a third of the time allocated for the first half and after flattening the opposing line of scrimmage failed to make a backfield catch (AG3 with reroll). The Tongs then managed to get one of their (AG5) Wardancers to pick up the ball in front of two defenders and dodge away.
The Juggernauts tried to knock over the Wardancer but could not and ended up conceding a TD after the Tongs delayed scoring long enough to have their other Wardancer badly hurt from a foul.
[This was one of the key unlucky passages of play for me. I failed a 3+ with reroll that would have given my Str 4 AG 3 Bull Centaur the ball, but my opponent makes the single 3+ to pick up the ball. Then a 3 dice blitz with a reroll failed to net me a pow. With three dice, one or more pows come up 91/125, with a reroll, it comes up 31031/46656 or 66.5%. If I had made that roll, I still had my AG 3 Sure Hands Bull Centaur in the area who could have picked up the ball but it was not to be].
The Juggernauts had just enough time left to score a difficult but possible TD (pass to an AG2 Bull Centaur without a reroll) but failing to pick up the ball (with Sure Hands) at the start of the drive would mean a more difficult play, and when a Juggernauts Hobbo failed to catch a simple hand off, it was all over in the first half.
[The first half was a bit of a farce. My blocking was incredible, getting lots of pows and a couple of KOs and 2 BHs I think, leaving me with 70% luck, but my opponent who admittedly made very few rolls had 92% at the end of turn 7 LOL].
In the second half, the Tongs gambled in offence and made an error (used a reroll on a push+skull block on the line, and then later rolled a double skulls elsewhere) and allowed the Juggernauts to pick up the ball in the Tongs backfield. The Tongs recovered the ball, but looked certain to lose it again (I was setting up a 2 dice Blitz on his ball carrier who didn't have Block or Dodge) when a Chaos Dwarf who was running in to assist tripped over some grass (GFI failed, reroll failed of course).
This gave the Tongs an easy opportunity to set up another score. The Tongs passed the ball downfield, and again delayed scoring until the Juggernauts were in position to deal some heavy blows to their opponents.
With the game well and truly lost unless for some extreme luck (ie a quick score followed by a Blitz and another quick score) the Juggernauts played for long term development and set up Chaos Dwarf Gzoran Flamehammer for a TD (bringing him to 16 SPP LOL).

A fun game, but very lopsided. My blocking was certainly very lucky, but it really had little overall impact as my opponent still had a match winner (AG 5 Wardancer) running round the pitch most of the game.
With my run of bad luck at a crucial point of the game (my 1st and 2nd turns) the game was pretty much decided then and there unless I got a pitch invasion or something like that.
I had a good chance to possibly force a draw early in the second half when my opponent made an error (rerolling a 'safe' block whilst there were gaps still in his field), but my snake eyes in setting up the 2 dice blitz cost me another TD.
Still full credit to my opponent who played well pretty much the whole match to exploit my bad luck at the critical points in the game.
I look forward to a rematch.
Oh and to screw me further, Nuffle took a FF off me... another 3+ roll failed ;P

My Dertre, I did not say that I waited till you delayed before fouling. I did one foul early, and the second foul was the one that got your Wardancer Badly Hurt, and it also got that player sent off as the ref was on me, and it was done definately after you delayed scoring. It was the only time in the match I fouled with the ref on me and it was one of a total of 3 fouls for the match.
And your delaying I did not see as unsportsmanlike. I would have done the same thing if I were you hehehe. I was just pointing out what I remembered as important parts of the game.
You were a pleasant and sporting coach to play. Best wishes and I look forward to the rematch. ”

Most of my opponents analysis are nice and this is a very complete and technical match report that honors him.
Althought, i am willing to make a few precsions... :)
First, my opponent did not wait me to delay for fouling and getting one player sent off in the early rounds, then while scoring position i delayed one turn in order to kick off on round 7, any should agree that was far surer with the power with c dwarves front line against elves.
I admit my delaying in the second half was kind of unsportmanship while leading 1-0, but with lot of casualties you never knows how may end a game of this kind.
On the whole, the Zharrduk Terrors is a better team than the Schlecher Tongs and i really had some luck in the early rounds (the small riot can be classified in, cause with more rounds....).
Let's just play a few games with these teams and i grant you this rematch (you deserve it) :) ”
