“Wow, that was one ugly game!
Looked like two ogre teams up against each other with that number of turnovers.
First half took 20 mins I think, and it was not that there was fast movement of the players..

Still the game had it's moments: The woodies took advantage of a failed pass in the initial Dark Elf drive to put pressure on the ball, eventually able to run it in for what turned out to be a half result: 1-0

Receiving in the second half, a perfect defence from the DE team made it hard to make progress, though a few players managed to find their way down field in the following rounds.

After bit of fighting over the ball, came the game deciding move: a lone DE lino moving into his own End zone to pick up the ball, knocked out of the wood elf linos holding it's hands.

He missed his pickup, only to see his fans throw the scattered ball 11 squares out of the field, other fans 9 squares, finally to rest 18 squares up the wood elf field, ready to be picked up by a blitzer.

Bitter pill to swallow, but I got +1 FF and two skills.

Back to Wood elf school - I might win a game with these one day..
