“The team was in a weakened state. Yu-Lung the rat ogre was out and would be retired anyway at the end of this match because of his niggling injury, Monkey the Gutter runner had been taken out and a Linesman was dead. To replace Monkey I got a new Gutter Runner for the game Seconder. I was still under strength with only nine players to field.

A failed pass at the start of the game meant the wood elf team quickly took advantage snatching up the ball from the clumsy Seconder. A pass to the wood elf Cucumber and he was through the middle of the line heading for the touchdown. Vastily out numbered the skaven still managed to get three linesmen and a storm vermin blocker back putting the elf catcher in their tackle zone. The elf ignored these and moved out of the dz and scored a touchdown. What a star player this Cucumber is. Hehe 0-1

The next kick off, the Tenpole Rankers broke both top and bottom defenses, the thrower Sandy succesfully passed and Seconder pegged it to the opposition touchdown showing off amazing speed, but faling one short of the line. A wood blitz deprived him from scoring but in the following bounce Cteswayo was able to pick up th eball and pass to a waiting Zsaza. 1-1

The next kick off the Wood elf team grouped their forces around the botoom wide zone and pumelled there way through. The Skaven never had enough numbers to cover the ball so after a quick skirmish the way was free for the wood elf team and Cucumber to make the touchdown 1-2.

Next drive The Skaven made there break in the top zone but Sandy th ethrower got surrounded. He through the ball but Seconder dropped the ball. Stupid Skaven. A prone Thrower was able to stand up move to the ball throw it to the waiting arms of Cucumber and he sped to the end zone scoring another touchdown 1-3

Still in the first half and pretty grim for the Skaven the last turn was ended with a evil foul by Zsaza on a wood elf Lineman giving him a serious injury a -1ma and probably ending his career.

In the second half the wood elf could still field a full team where as the Rankers were down to 8 men. The wood elf received the kick off. A missed throw by lettuce enabled the Skaven to snatch the ball. Seconder moved into position as Crystal Tips picked up the ball and ran for the end zone. Now this is brilliant. Cucumber launches a blitz and falling short goes for it and breaks his neck and dies. Taking no risks Crystal Tips walks the ball home. 2-3

Distraught at the loss of his Star catcher Cucumber the oposition coach concedes the game. WIN Tenpole Rankers 4-3
