“A tough game for the Shufflers. Time and time again an onset of terrible rolls would prevent us from scoring (or preventing a score) when it counted. This highlighted one of the Shufflers chief weaknesses - no rerolls.
What we lacked in playing we sort of made up for in injuries. When the Snatchers were fielding 7 or fewer people at the end, we were still unable to capitalize.
Hopefully, this fourth or 4 consecutive lost games for the Shufflers marks the minimum of the curve - one can only hope. Next time, Snatchers. Next time...”
“Another heated match between the Snatchers and Shufflers, however this time it was a victory! My best blocker, Pythagoras, missed the game and I was afraid it spelled the end for any kind of offense.
A lucky fumble that rolled into the hands of a goblin standing in the endzone was definitely my scoring highlight. It seemed that every time I was close to the endzone, bifevo's rolls just got really terrible and he couldnt bring me down.
It's worth mentioning that I had more casualties than would fit in the BH box - 7 BH and 1 SI. Almost every turn someone was being carried off the field.
Bifevo expressed a lot of frustration at the Side Step skill which I put to good use in this game. A great game! ”
