#5 Dimfennas – Dead (RIP)
#6 Novorod – Dead (RIP)
"Well, I know you may not all be happy, but to start off with, we won the match-" started Coach Oblitzamanger. But he was cut off.

"Is that all that is important to you!?! We pay you to let our kids have fun. Not to go out there and die! You are a horrible coach, and that team should be banned from playing!" yelled the angry father of the young Dimfennas. Sadly, Dimfennas was killed in a foul on the very last turn of the game.

"Hold on! This is Blood Bowl. Players die in the opening seconds of the match, as well as at the very end! I know you are upset, but that is a part of this game, and Dimfennas knew that better than you did. And also, that team is a damned good side! They outplayed us for a good part of the match. They are almost at 200 games, and we only played 3 before this. And you know how they did it? They FOULED! How else are they going to win? So, if you expected them to roll around licking their fingers as we dance around them, you need to take your sponsership from this team. And don't think we did damage too! Beletharato came up with a HUGE kill on their most agile player, and the apothecary failed. Not to mention Palansereg, who got three casualties today since he drank all that coffee and had those old knuckledusters on, also killed one. And that doesn't count the countless KOed flings! We got LUCKY we scored even twice with 3 of our players being badly hurt in the first three turns, including Aratagar, our bloody Thrower for Nuffle's sake!" He paused to calm down.

Then he continued. "The boys did very well today. They fought hard for each touchdown, and achieved them through blood. They are now a real Blood Bowl team, and you should be proud that Novorod and Dimfennas did not die in vein."

The parents were silent. They were finally understanding the world of Blood Bowl. The team was ready fo its new phase. "So what about the team now, coach?" asked one parent.

"Well, I'm happy to say that we increased our following, and after that spectacle, (and yes! the fans like those kinds of Blood Bowl games!) how coul they not want to see our team in the future? The treasury also got enough money for me to hire two new Linelves. I was hoping to buy a Lion or Dragon Warrior, but our number situation begs for us to take quantity over quality. Now, I need to find two more sponsors who would be willing to help us out, but I don't think that would be a problem."

Novorod's father stood up and spoke. "My other sons, Novorod's younger brothers, who are twins, have fallen madly in love with the game since Novorod started playing. I'm afraid that I can't keep them away from the gridiron. So, instead of them playing for another team, I would like for them to play for you, Coach Oblitzamanger. It would make me happy."

"You know that they will both probably die out there, like their brother," warned the coach. He just nodded his head, and sat back down.

"Well, that is a pleasant surprise, and I'm sure that they will find a great niche on the team in wake of Novorod's passing on..."

"What about Ppalansereg?" asked his father, anxious to know what the coach though about his son.

"Palansereg did very well. I hope you force him to drink more coffee before every game. Not only did he take huge hits from that Treeman, he killed one, and badly hurt two. That means at the next practice, I will probably teach him how to dodge better, making him our first Blodger. And Oroampaiel also did well, scoring a touchdown. I will probably teach him Block, but he has been getting quite agile lately, even more so than a normal Elf..."

The parents and the coach discussed for a while, and the team rested up and nursed their wounds. They were finally a real team, broken in through blood, and triumphant through blood, all the way.
