They dominated the first half. Frosty got the ball before the necros could get to it and threw it to Hawkeye,who threw it to Sleet. Sleet eventually drove in and put the Norse up 1-0.
The Knights tried to even up the score, but the Norse would stop them cold. Icy Black Hand of Death cold. Prince Kolbein added injury to insult by badly hurting one of their werewolves. The Knights got the ref and injured Mighty Sigfast, but the doctor fixed him up and sent him back out onto the field.
The Knights kicked off to IBHoD and the boys made a break for another point, but the flesh golem dodged over to the Black Hander and a wight took him down. Tiktok killed a zombie, but little else went the norse's way. The Black Handers fell apart, making bad moves and gathering serious injuries. The Knights managed to break free and score in the last seconds of the game to tie it up, well deservedly.
With the purse, the team hired another lineman to get them back up to a full roster for the next game against the tough undead. Forge and Halldor will be sitting the next bruhaha out...
