“First half I trailed 46-69 luck and was unlucky not to stop a score, as my opponent had to do a Long Pass without reroll and over an interceptor to set up a score and I failed my 3+ dodge with reroll to try and blitz him. That with another 3+ dodge fail earlier to blitz his ball carrier around turn 3.

We both had some cruddy rolls, but the Cadavers had more.

Second half the Cadavers push forward and score in 5 turns hoping to steal the ball and score on defence. Knock the ball carrier down we did, but then my opponent without a reroll throws a long pass that bounces around all over the place before landing on his player in a tackle zone who catches it, so instead of a chance for me to pick up the ball and score, I have to dodge and blitz him again. I get the ball back but it took a reroll and then I went for a death or glory (and unlikely) 5+ pass to my Zombie who would have to make a 4+ catch but it was not to be and my opponent was unable to score himself.

First half was a farce, played the tight defence but got nowhere thanks to some lucky rolls by my opponent. Second half was a closer with more even rolls for both of us but by then it was too late, I was playing catchup football.
