“Both Green Silence and 420 Boyz sought a recovery match, after hitting rough stretches in their schedules. Both teams fielded ten players, but a beer bottle from the crowd removed Woggard from the match, leaving Green Silence a bit down. The Norsemen held a clear advantage at the line this game, with many skilled blockers.

Ormahr did his best with the opening kickoff, but immense pressure from the Boyz forced a turnover, and a fierce battle raged around the loose ball. Although many lizards converged to the play, they were all eventually knocked flat, and the Boyz notched their first touchdown.

The second half started with the Boyz receiving the kick. Johnson snagged the ball, but his over-hasty pass went incomplete, and a scrum formed at midfield around the ball. A critical double-skull by Krobahr turned the tables, and the Boyz mopped up the remaining lizards and took the ball. Trunch escaped upfield with the ball, but the swift-footed skinks hauled him down from behind, forcing a fumble. The Norsemen rushed the defenders, and six versus three they forced a critical sidestepping error, allowed the second touchdown.

Beorgol tried to escape up the field for a consolation touchdown, but it was not to be, and he was blocked to the turf.

This game marked a number of interesting facts. This was the first time I have been shut out, after scoring in 36 consecutive matches. Also, Llyxerf the 'Tongue' set a new personal best by getting killed twice in the same match. Sadly, he likely will not have a chance to duplicate this feat. An interesting match against a tough opponent.”
