This game went straight into Khemri favour, getting a perfect defense and throwing enough guard on the line to make an orc team jealous. The undead were forced to punch holes with 1d blocks wherever they could find them, and foul anyone they could in a desparate attempt to reduce the oncoming smash. Regeneration failed on all but one undead zombie, and the beginning of the second half saw no KO wake up, including the remaining wight and both mummies. We were able to field 6 zombies and a ghoul for the second half, so we did what damage we could with blocks and fouls. We got one lucky break when a blitzing mummy killed himself on Frank Morris the zombie hehehe. Also, the zombies dodges were better than expected. The resistance these seven undead mounted took the khemri by surprise as they were most likely expecting an easy second half.
Yes we fouled more than the Khemri, by a massively evil margin of 4-3
Why did we foul on turn 16? Several reasons:
1. They are Khemri and deserve no mercy at any time
2. Retalialion for a dead ghoul, a niggled wight, a weakened ghoul and a damaged zombie.
3. The Khemri coach "would appreciate it" if I didn't foul
4. Prone mummies are hard to resist
5. Because we could!”
