“Bad start for the invaders. Completely unable to break the dwarf cage in the first half they were decimated by injuries.
The second half was a little more compeditive however they still failed to score a goal.
To compound matters the MVP for the match was awarded to Desald Maxug in order to appease his greiving widow leaving the invaders with little to take away from the game.
Will need to bounce back strongly in thier next game against the Ziggurath Corruptors but will have to do so without one of thier catchers.

Continuous pressure was rewarded with a second touchdown, though the fans questioned the coaches decision to not stall. Their fears however were proved wrong as the defense held out for a clean sheet.
