MatezOrs ground out the clock, the pitch, and the Wives scoring to end both halves. The Wives were simply out coached in this match.
One brief ray of sunlight was quickly squashed as Parker Eziasson defied the odds and managed to get a hold of the ball towards the end of the second half. Launching the Hail Mary, it appeared even the winds were against the Wives in this game as the ball was blown solidly back toward the pursuing Dwarves allowing them to recover and move the ball back down field for a second score.
