“Wow how the tides of fortune can change in a single (awesome) match!

This match started with everything going wrong for the Wives. I haven't seen so many skulls since I was at that Bloodthirster Convention back in... well I forget, but it was a long time ago.

Needless to say I was fortunate to sneak out of the first half with a 1-1 score.

The second half started with more of the same and Spellsong Rising easily ran in a quick score to make it 2-1, but then the Wives (perhaps realizing they were on the verge of their fifth straight loss...perhaps looking for a measure of revenge after Belinda Blacscar was torn apart by angry fans) decided it was time to get down to business.

A brutal fourth quarter of the game saw only a quarter of Redman's Elves remaining on the field, but they fought like Elves Possessed! It took every last once and a final blitz to get the ball into the endzone for the tying score.

Without a doubt the most awesome game of BloodBowl I've played in a while. I laughed. I cried. It was better then Cats!”
