A game lost by a combination of bad play and bad luck.
A silly move by me put my ball carrier in a position where he could be chain pushed out and then blitzed to lose the ball. Just wasn't paying attention. Then I had some bad luck when I failed to knock over his ball carrier (I call it bad luck cos he managed to knock me over on two dice and I failed on the return).
Then some further bad play cost me when I wasn't paying attention and thought the wrong player had Nerves of Steel (I was covering the guy who I thought had it so he couldn't dodge away, but it was another player who had it who just lobbed a pass over the top.)
Then a blitz against me when I was receiving the ball pretty much decided the match as it was a Blizzard and I was already 0-1 and my opponent would be receiving in the second half.
So I basically played the second half mainly to develop my players. Of course Nuffle rapes me by giving -1 AG to the 30 SPP Blitzer I deliberately passed with. That player is getting the sack as I need the AG for him to be a potential scorer.
Should have stayed away from FUMBBL a few more days ;P”
