“Dune Kings won the kick-off and started bashing the line of skrimage.

Odion picks up the ball with Chike covering for him. Howling Thor's

hits back on both wide zones. Trollfikar Kalle knocks out Issa on the

wide zone and Edvin Rödsö makes his first CAS in the match by blocking

Ptah in the line of skrimage.


The Kings now move towards the wide zones and blockes stunning both of

the norse blitzers there. The khemri are now moving the ball towards

the upper widezone as Menetnashte is preparing the way. This leaves the

middle parts of the line of skrimage open for the Thor's to make but

Olaf Skallkräckar is stunned failing the dodge roll and causes

turnover.


The Kings now knock down the norse defence line in the lower wide zone

and the Blitzer Osiris gets behind the Thor's lines and flankes their

upper line of skrimage assisting his teams 2 mummies in blocking. The

Kings also move the ball now towards yhe lower part of the field since

Khemrian mummies seem to do well breaking the defence there.

This leaves some space for norse action in the upper wide zone and The

Howling Thor's manage to surround the Khemrian mummies and pushing away

the blitzer. At the lower wide zone Jörgen Mikkapütta Jumps Up blocking

Chibale and hurting him badly. But The Dune Kings strike back! Funsani

knocks out Ragnar Kulspruta and Mikkapütta is placed prone again by

Smash-Ra. The lower wide zone is back in the hands of the Kings as they

carefully protect the ball moving it behind the mummies.


Dominating the upper field the norse team keep blocking the mummies and

Hjkorton Uggla manages to knock out Menetnashte. A hole in the khemri

lines let's Edvin Rödsö and Trollfikar Kalle to get behind them and

move towards the lower field and closer to the ball with the assistance

of Hildur Kakkis. Odion sees that coming and breaks through with the

ball but khemrian coach seems to have a lot of skulls today: the

blitzer Osiris fails in his block causing a turnover and is no longer

protecting the ball!


Odion is soon surrounded by the Thor's and Hjorton Uggla makes a

succesfull blitz knocking him out. The ball scatters into his arms and

Trollfikar Kalle sees that and moves closer to the khemrian end zone

ready to catch his pass. Chike comes to help Osiris but his bad luck

continues: another skull and he is stunned! This and the hole in the

Kings midfield gives Hjorton Uggla a chance. He spurts and tries to

pass the ball to Trollfikar Kalle but he misses and causes turnover, a

turnover that was not critical for the norse team as the Kings could

not reach the two norse blitzers anymore. Though Smash-Ra succeeds in

his block and hurts Arthur Forsnabba badly, there's not much they can

do. Trollfikar Kalle picks up the ball and nearly drops it but that

wouldn't have been critical either since Hjorton Uggla was covering him

and the rest of the khemri's where out of distance. The Howling Thor's

score!


After kick-off Odion makes a nice pass to Issa but the first half ends

and the second period starts with the Thor's in the lead. Both teams

have only 8 players on field at kick-off!


The norse team starts an agressive attack on the upper field with

Hildur Kackis and Trollfikar Kalle followed by Knut Bugare and Olaf

Skallkräckar. Before Ragnar Kulspruta picks up the ball and passes it

looked like the Thor's where going to score again but the pass misses

and the team suffers a turnover.


The Ball is now behind the Dune Kings lines and the protect it with all

they have! The Howling Thor's fight back trying to make theior way

towards the ball.Knut Bugare is KO'd by Smash-Ra but the khemri team is

still surrounded by the Thor's. The circle gets smaller and smaller as

Osiris picks up the ball. He is soon blocked by Hildur Kakkis and badly

hurt but saved by his regeneration skill. The ball scatters back to the

ground. Edvin Rödsö blocks Nedtawi hurting him badly and the Thor's

manage to break the ring around the ball dividing the Kings

defenceline.


Both teams fight hard and there's some serious bashing around the ball!

Edvin Rödsö tries to pick up the ball but fails. At round 7 Hector

Holgersson manages to pick up the ball but tumbles trying to go for it!

Stirring moments for the Khemri team as the ball is awfully close to

the end zone with only Funsani positioned close to it and the rest of

the team having a hard time surrounded by the Thor's players. Finally

Funsani causes casualties and Trollfikar Kalle is badly hurt. The

Thor's second TD doesn't look so obvious anymore. Funsani even tries to

pick up the ball but fails and the norse team get another chance.


The norse team goes for the final blow. Hjorton Uggla blocks Issa and

kills him but he is also saved by his regeneration skill. The Thor's

now take a risk in counting on Hildur Kakkis who has suufered from

Bone-head only once in the match. He tries to go for a blitz move. A

voice in the coaches head must've screamed "No!" but too late.

Bone-head-roll fails and there goes the blitz move wich had been the

best chance for the THor's to score another TD. Now there's only one

thing they can try. Olaf Skullkräckar runs to the end zone waiting to

catch the ball. Ragnar Kulspruta manages to pick up the ball but his

pass is disturbed by Funsani and falls to the ground. The Kings can now

do some final blocks relieved but no further damage is done.

"A great match and I'm very satisfied with 1-0 even if the second TD

was so close! I still have to say the opponent was very unlucky at

times and we managed to utilize their misfortune. We also had

incredible blocks and caused suprisingly many casualties. I thought the

numbers could have easily been reverse. An interresting and funny game!

And no serious injuries on either side! Looking forward to meat this

team again later in the season!", says the Howling Thor's coach in the

press conference after the match.
