“A nasty game for Tote Hunde. The luck figures in the report, as usual, do not tell the story. Blubb managed to roll double-skulls and skulls at critical junctures that created turnovers, while mine were isolated to last-minute quick-fixes that made little difference to the tactics and positioning of the team.
I felt pretty bad about it, all told. Blubb had plunked down a chunk of change to freeboot Drackenborg ... I certainy remember the giddy high of my first big-name star. I also remember the gruesome carnage that resulted, when my team as a whole couldn't keep up with the challenge level that the star had pulled me into. I think the same thing happened here to Blubb, although I'll leave it to him to comment.
Overall though, a solid performance from the necromantics. They were a little too eager to hug the sidelines (a fact which I exploited for crowd-pushes that have set their team back to the tune of one werewolf) but their lines were solid and effective, and the coach was genial and a solid good sport.”
