An unfortunate game for the titans with little going in their favour (as the scoreline might suggest)

On the flip side though it was a flawless performance from the Nut Bars with 6 players achieving new skills as a result and a good number of players performing at their best. Fears were high because the nut bars had played one fewer game than the titans due to some problems with the last round opponent.

However, all guns were blazing tonight with catchers Fudge Fleischer and Bush Bar lighting up the turf. It was truly a masterful display of agility and speed as the nut bars went to a 2-0 lead at half time.

Some deft blocking reduced the numbers for the titans and the numerical superiority was to prove too much for them to withhold. With ball carriers isolated they became easy prey for the hard hitting nut bars who managed several turn over touchdowns today, much to the delight of their coach.

A game against the infamous deeproot strongbranch will test the mettle of the nut bars and they are very much looking forward to the match!
