“All-new High Elf laughing boys the Funny Guys certainly had their opponents in stitches - but not in a good way! Gruesome luck plus the team's glaring lack of rerolls meant that several moves utterly failed to manifest themselves, and it appeared that the Funny Guys' best chance of scoring would come if the all-action Amazons of Eire Redux laughed themselves to death!

The second half of the game offered little for the Funny Guys to smile about, until an unlucky pratfall allowed Bill Hicks to collect the ball, smoke 20 tabs, and then stroll over the line for a third-eye squeegeeing touchdown experience, saving at least some face for the Elves they're calling "At least as funny as ACE VENTURA: WHEN NATURE CALLS".

Comedy apothecary Patch Adams mercifully didn't go off with a red face or indeed nose, saving an SI on Sean Hughes, though anyone who remembers his excruciatingly unfunny performances on Never Mind the Buzzcocks might wish things had turned out differently.”
