“Orcland Wooden Shield 11/06
------------------------------------------
After having battled a fierce hang over all day I was pleased that I hadn't lost all sense of strategy in yesterdays bender. I'm glad that I were able to beat an orc team with my ogres, and I had to use a lot of hit and run tactics to keep the goblins out of the reach of the bashing greenskins.
The Bloodgrove Vipers were surprisingly dodgy (an incredible success rate on the dodges) but less fortunate in their bashing game. Big 'Urt on the other hand were, unlike the debut match, quite unluckt with bone head rolls, but never really failed any of the really crucial rolls. All in all I think the luck was pretty evenly spread out, which opened up for an interesting and fun match.
Klod the dive tackler saved the team in a couple of really important situations and was elected MVP by the cnurs :) (The real one went to Nug da Nimble, who in all honesty was the one that least deserved it, hehe)
Thanks for the match, cnurs. Good luck with the team. We will probably see each other in future orca-cola tournaments! :)”
