“Whoever plays these elves next can thank me after their match. A blind ref in the first half, combined with an unconscious ref in the second, and the elves basically never had a chance. Game opened up poorly for me, rolling only pushes and dropping the ball to start the match, in easy elf blitz range. But most of his guys were out of position to help, and my two golems simply took over, pushing people around and giving breathing space for my agi4 wolf to grab the ball and eventually score. A truly elven score involving much dodging started the second half, but a key ko to his leaping stripballer and that was pretty much game over. Elves never stopped coming, getting two blitzes on the ballboy, but the bounces went my way today and the elves were powerless to do much more than cringe whenever they were blocked.
