"Our brethren are weak. Few in number. Excellent." Chaucer, Team Coach of the Canterbury Tails.

With the Vermin missing a number of players and the Tails still reeling from the deaths in the camp from the previous match, this was always going to be a tricky affair.

Or so one thought.

Invigorated by their Warpade I.V. drips in between games, club captain Melibee led the rats onto the field with renewed vigour and gusto. An early score settled the nerves and the frustrating behaviour of the Vermins Rat Ogre made for a difficult opening period for the opposition. Comdined with the lack of numbers the selfless running of Melibee helped drive home the TD's.

In fairness it was difficult for the Vermin to mount a serious defence but their TD was a masterclass in Skaven tactics. Their runner scurried past 3 Tails into the endzone to gratefuly receive the scoring pass. Even Chaucer applauded!

But the plaudits must go to Melibee, the Warpade coursing through his veins made him an unstoppable running machine and he was rewarded for his efforts with mutation; An extra head. Now he can better lead the team with two voices on the field!
