“Truely a game of two halves tonight, as the Orcs and High Elves played a fast and frustrating game.

First Half
Turn 1
The Orcs chose to receiveand tried to create a cage on their right along the LOS, but a pass was failed. The Elves then raced through the lines and got a TZ on the ball

Turn 2
Orcs cleared the High Elf Catcher that had a TZ on the ball, but then failed the next block and a turn over occured. The Elven Catcher then picked up the ball and raced clear.

Turn 3
The Orcs ignored the ball carrier and bashed instead. The Elves promptly scored 1-0 to the High Elves

Turn 4
The Orcs suffered a turnover on the first action of the turn....a 2 dice block. As a result the High Elves again raced through and got a TZ on the Orc thrower

Turn 5
Orcs manage to pick up the ball, but not enough movement to secure it properly. The elves suffer their first early turnover.

Turn 6
The Orcs suffered a turnover again from an early 2 dice blitz. This allowed the Elves to race clear again.

Turn 7
The Orc Blitzer sucessfully went for it to blitz the Catcher and knocked him over. A following up Elven thrower fails his GFI to score.

Turn 8
The Orcs turn over AGAIN...but the elven thrower fails to pick up the ball and the half ends 1-0.

Second Half
Turn 1
The elves received the ball, and caged intheir own half as they pushed a catcher up into the Orc half. The Orcs responded by KO'ing the Catcher and getting 2 BOB's onto the cage.

Turn 2
The Elves downed the 2 BOB's and moved the ball carrier back to the centre of the pitch. The Orcs again KO'd a player and advanced some more.

Turn 3
The Elves moved the ball to the Orc left flank, but still deep in their own half. They losy another player KO'd from a turnover block. The OrcsKO'd a 5th player and got a TZ on the ball carrier.

Turn 4
A 6th Elf was KO'd from a turnover block, the Orcs retreived the ball and then Norris SI'd an Elf.

Turn 5
The Elves tried to blitz the ball carrier, but failed a GFI, and Wellynose promptly scored. 1-1

Turn 6
The Orcs kicked off to the 7 remaining elves, who formed a cage deep on there right. The Orcs pushed 4 players as far as they could into the Elven half.

Turn 7
The Elves retreated deeper on to their TD Zone. The Orcs tried to close them down.

Turn 8
The Elves moved to sidelines on their TD zone, and the Orcs failed to reach the carrier.

Game ended 1-1”
