The Bombers went into this match with a one-man advantage, because one of the Elves missed the game and they could only muster 10 players. However, this lasted only until the kickoff, when a pitch invasion hurt a Black Orc badly and knocked out a lineorc (same result, actually, because no players ever came back from my KO box during this match). I just thought "great, now I'm screwed" - when Bogrot killed an elf on his very first block! A major scrum ensued, but finally Zapgrod managed to walk away and score in turn 6.

Now if there's a team that can score an equalizer within two turns, it's the Woodies... and especially if their opponents are down to 9 players. In the end, I could knock the ballcarrier down, but Wardancer Ferilion picked it up, leaped over two orcs and made it 1-1.

In the second half, I was in the defense, but could seize the ball after a nice play by my blitzer. (My orcs turned out to be pretty good at dodging ;)) Bogrot killed his second player of the match, while the Elves knocked out three of my orcs. Down to 6 players, I attempted to get the game-winner, but failed when Wrotsnog rolled a skull trying to blitz the last defender away.

A very bitter match for the Elves, who now have an excellent Wardancer, but a serious lineelf deficit. Bogrot, on the other hand, shall henceforth be known as "Elf-Killer"...
