'They simply underestimated us' said Nuln Player of the Match, Hiendrich Chranowski. 'They figured that they were harder, cos they were bigger. Well we sure showed them!'

Good job Chranowski was a blitzer, instead of a diplomat. Coach Demitri Quadros said, in his post match interview 'They were a tough team, solid and determined. I see big things in their future. Sure, it was a shame those pictures of [Smashers Captain] Grunk eating kitten orphans came out before the game, and even worse that the winnings 'mysteriously disappeared'. But I've seen teams in similar situations bounce back and go from strength to strength.'
