“This was a solid win for the Lignin Lovers, but we felt the pain.
Black Ironwood got a lucky CAS but other than that, it was "elven time". My NoS Passer and Catcher paid for themselves with all the ball stealing they did. Hackberry earned his keep twice over this game. 1. 2d red on the ball handler... double pow/push. That opened it up for Salix to steal and pass for a next turn TD (in the sun no less). 2. 1d pow on the ball handler. Makes me wonder why I ever gave him strip ball. O yeah... he sucked every game before this. : )
