“Champions Cup Challenge Aesir Open 1st Round

What a fitting way to start off the 2007 CCC tourney circuit. We d had some epic battles in past CCC matches and both of these teams faired well in the 2006 CCC standings.

However, this one was all rats. The undead refused to break through the measly rat armour and when they did, they merely stunned. With mummies tied up by linerats, the superstar Pride gutter runners were able to work their magic.

The Standards finally managed some late casualties but by then the Pride was already up by 3.

This one makes up for the sound trouncing the pizzaman gave me in a ranked revenge match a while back. I look forward to more CCC clashes! Always a pleasure, pizzamogul.”
